Cancellation Policy
At Aura Skin Studio, we are dedicated to providing each client with exceptional service and a relaxing experience. To ensure fairness and respect for both our clients and our business, the following policies are in place:
Late Arrivals:
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment time may be shortened to stay on schedule for the next client. The full service fee will still apply.
• Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or rescheduling at the esthetician’s discretion, and a cancellation fee may be charged.
No-Shows:
• Missing your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Cancellations:
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, a cancellation fee of 25% of the service total will be charged.
